Keep refrigerated at 0/+4°C
On its own: on a mother-of-pearl spoon or, according to tradition, on the back of the hand between thumb and index finger.
Classic: on blinis with unsalted butter or on a velvety potato purée.
3 months. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
