The tour can be taken in Italian or English: simply choose the “select the language of the visit” option from the drop-down menu at checkout.
There are 12 places available in total. For larger groups, please contact us to arrange a bespoke visit.
It lasts approximately 2 hours and includes the tour of the farms, the in-water experience and the product tasting.
Yes, booking is required at least 2 days in advance so that we can organise your visit properly.
Children can take part in the hands-on experience from 140 cm in height.
For children up to the age of 12, the experience is chargeable only if they take part in the tasting.
Comfortable shoes and trousers are recommended. Heeled shoes are not suitable for walking around the farms, nor are skirts for the in-water experience.
No, full mobility is required for the tour of the farms. Because of the terrain, the tour is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
Animals are not permitted on the visit.
Yes, subject to calendar availability and weather conditions.
The in-water experience with the fish and the caviar tasting are not recommended, as caviar is raw fish.
