Lamborghini event – Twiga Porto Cervo

We took part in the exclusive event organised by Lamborghini at the prestigious Twiga Porto Cervo, on the occasion of the presentation of the new Temerario Ad Personam V8 hybrid.

During the evening, reserved for a select audience of some 300 guests, Cru Caviar Beluga was used in several of the creations signed by chef Mauro Colagreco, holder of 3 Michelin stars.

Among the dishes on the menu, our Beluga caviar enriched preparations such as the Tuna Sando and the red prawns with charcoal-grilled eggplant.
